Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Skin Cancer Symposium organisers at Cancellations received in writing 7 days after registration will not be refunded. For delegates who are not able to attend in person, you will receive a full complimentary registration to attend the conference in the future as well as be able to access the conference virtually and to access the recording of the conference.

All our conferences are hybrid conferences that will allow virtual access in case the delegate cannot attend. Furthermore, a recording of the conference will be available for 7 days after the conference.

Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the symposium organisers of any name changes.

In the event that the symposium is cancelled by the organisers, or by any reason of any factor outside the control of the organisers, the symposium cannot take place; the registration fee will be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the organisers shall be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.

The login for the course is specific to the user that is signed up, if we detect that there is any sharing of login details (via IP tracking) we will implement an immediate ban from the course. There are no refunds available in this case. Furthermore, we may report this as an act of dishonesty to the relevant medical licensing boards.

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements and can guarantee provision when registration occurs at least 7 days out from the event commencing. However if the registration occurs within the 7 days prior to the event commencing, we may not be able to guarantee the catering service can meet those requirements. If this occurs then we will endeavour to inform the delegate prior to the event to make alternative arrangements.

Please note that there will be photography for publicity and promotion purposes at this event. Please inform the photographer if you do not want your photo taken.

Neither the organisers are able to give any warranty that any particular will appear as a speaker or panellist.

Completion of this course will provide participants with an increased ability to diagnose and manage cutaneous lesions. However, this course does not provide a qualification to practice outside your scope. For example, completing this course does not mean a nurse, a podiatrist or other paramedical professional can set up a practice offering diagnostic and referral services. However, paramedical professionals will find skills learnt from this course beneficial whilst working in a team lead by an appropriately qualified doctor.
